What text do I have to write?
Copy the exact declaration text printed in your notification, in English, in your own handwriting, and do not write it in capital letters. A typed or capitalised declaration can be rejected.
How do I keep the writing readable?
Write with a dark pen, photograph in daylight without shadows, and keep "Clean to black on white" on. Lower the ink threshold if strokes look broken.
My file is under 50 KB. Is that a problem?
It can be, because the band has a minimum. Raise the target size, or turn off cleaning so more detail is kept.
Does the file leave my device?
No. The image is decoded and re-encoded by your browser. ImgNimble does not receive the source file on this page, and refreshing clears both the input and the generated result.
Will this guarantee my form is accepted?
No. Size is one check among several, and portals revise their rules between cycles. Read the current official notification for your form before you submit, and keep the untouched original.
