Refund policy for paid access and processing.
ImgNimble separates plan access from per-job credit accounting and automatically refunds credits when a processing dispatch or completed job fails.
Failed processing jobs
When a worker or paid-provider dispatch fails, or a processor reports failure, consumed job credits are restored automatically and recorded in the credit ledger.
Plan purchases
Razorpay checkout is activated only when server-side credentials and webhook verification are configured. A client-side success message never activates access. Requests concerning an actual paid plan purchase are reviewed against the transaction state, access already used and applicable consumer requirements.
Free tools
No payment is collected for browser-local free tools, so those operations do not create a purchase to refund.
